Syria: The Ten-Point Peace Plan - Rebuilding a Shattered Nation Creating Tolerance in the Community Report

These ten-points is a starting block from eventually freeing the Syrian of the Assad regime, which has caused so much misery for the Syrian people and Arabic world for half a century.

  • There needs to be a safe passage for President Assad's wife and children from Syria.
  • President Assad needs to be removed from the position of presidency - for a new Syria to be rebuilt from a totalitarian system to a democratic one.
  • The United States of America, France and the United Kingdom shall work together with Arab and other Islamic countries across the world to form a Task Force, which should only work with the National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces, and the Syrian Interim Government in order to topple the Assad era of Syrian rule.
  • Safe passage and protection for minorities such as the Alawites, Druze, Christians and other religious minorities and ethnic races in the Syrian nation.
  • No revenge from differing sides once the Assad regime has been overthrown, as fear and propaganda are the only thing propping-up the Assad regime.
  • All groups such as Hezbollah, al-Nusra Front, al-Qaeda, ISIS/ISIL, and other paramilitary or foreign political groups and organisations shall be expelled from Syria either voluntary or by force.
  • President Assad and those that are connected with the high echelons of the Assad regime shall be arrested and put on trial for crimes against humanity, or in the event of not wanting to be taken alive shall face death in any ensuing armed battle.
  • Those that provide valid information shall be rewarded with a reduced sentence and only if they haven't personally handed the deaths of those that opposed the Assad regime in non-violent demonstrations or activities.
  • As the Syrian Arab Republic is a member of the United Nations (UN) since the 24th October 1945, President Assad and those under his rule shall be held to account, and again if any violation of these international laws especially human rights violations, which is covered under the remit of UN membership shall face a trial, and suffer the consequences of their guilt.
  • The rebuilding of Syria shall involve all of those interested in having a free and democratic nation. Those that only seek Syria for themselves like the Assad regime shall be banished from participating in this reconstruction of Syrian institutions, right through to reconstructing the infrastructure of Syria.
